@Halifax Long wait. Spam mail. Help! Since approving transaction via sms (only way as far as I know) I've recd spam calls and texts from HBOS. Replying 'stop' cost me 8p and spent 17mins on phone navigating vr system and talking to 2 cc staff to sort out my complaint and get comp. Cust service terrible. My no should never have been used for Mtng as only gave it 'for security'. Very angry soon to be ex customer

@SearsAuto My wife and I brought our dodge charger in for tires. About a week later she complained that she felt a vibration in the front end. We brought it back and found out one of the weights fell off the rim and punctured the fender liner. We promptly went back and asked them to rebalance and rotate all four. Watching from the waiting area window I see the tech take off the fronts and balence them. Next he puts the front tires onthe car and lowers it and takes it for a test drive. When he gets back he parks it and our name is called. When I get to the counter I ask if he did all four or just the fronts, the service writer advised he "better have done all four" . When I get the car I notice the weight style is wrong for the wheel and go back and talk to my service adviser. The tech comes out and says that was the right weightand it wouldn't come off. Well less than a month later I an starting to lose wheel wheights again. One came off the wheel this morning on the way to work and I heard it hit the driver side door but sadly I can't prove the scratchcame from the wheel weight. Please help.Help!

@Stephensons_of_Essex Breeze 2 - to Westley Estate. Bad driver. Wednesday 16th May 2012 Left apex bus stop 17:40. Came early and stopped engine which made the sign turn off. Driver saw friend and started talking. When people came to ask what route he was driving he was rude and just wanted to continue talking to his friend, which he eventually let on for free, which I find unfair. Talked very loud and was annoying. Not happy with a service that is almost always flawless otherwise. By: Tobes
